- Processing methods
The above-described processing operations are carried out in compliance with the principles mentioned in Article 5 of the GDPR.
The processing is carried out using computer and telematic tools, according to methods suitable to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data at any time. In particular, technical and organizational measures have been adopted to prevent unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, and unauthorized destruction of data.
Data transmissions between the user and the Site occur within an encrypted connection using the HTTPS protocol. To prevent the risk of accidental loss of personal data, an automatic data backup is provided, while the data controller performs a periodic manual backup.
The user’s personal data will be processed until the request for their deletion by the user.

The main recipient of the data processed following access and consultation of the Site is GoDaddy Operating Company LLC, the provider of hosting and site-building services, which acts based on standard contractual clauses for data transfer to third countries (United States of America).

obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, know the categories of processed data, the subjects to whom they have been or will be communicated, the period or the criteria to determine the period of conservation of the same, as well as a copy of the personal data subject to processing, pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR; obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them, pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR; obtain, without undue delay, the deletion of personal data where one of the reasons under Article 17 of the GDPR applies; obtain, where one of the hypotheses provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR occurs, the limitation of the processing of their personal data; receive in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the data processed based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR, pursuant to Article 20 of the same; oppose at any time the processing of their personal data, where it is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR, pursuant to Article 21 of the same; file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
