Using the Application implies acceptance of the Conditions by the User. Users who do not intend to accept these Conditions and/or any other legal notices published or referenced herein may not use the Application or its services.

The applicable Conditions are those in force on the date of the order or product request.

The Owner reserves the right to change the graphical interface, contents, and functionality of the Application at any time and at its discretion, providing instructions to Users if necessary.

Purchases Through the Application

All Products offered through the Application are described in detail on their respective pages (e.g., quality, features, availability, price, delivery time, shipping costs). Some errors, inaccuracies, or minor differences between what is published and the actual Product may occur. Product images are for representation only and do not constitute a contractual element.

Purchases through the Application are allowed for Consumer Users.
